Its a great book that works on a childs imagination. It's a funny book and keeps kids wanting to read more. And if they like the story If you give a mouse a cookie try If you give a Pig a pancake, and If you give a Moose a muffin. All 3 of these books are a great way to see your child want to read and use their imaginations which I think children lose too early in live. And you can ask them questions about what they would do if they had any of these animals in their house what would they do. Excellent, Excellent books.

I have always loved this book as a child. I believe that everyone can learn a lesson from this book young or old. I love the art work. It is just an all around great book. I bought it because I needed it for an paper I'm writing.

This is a cute book, my kids love it. The illustrations are colorful and attractive to little ones eyes. I would not hesitate to get another Laura Numeroff books in the future.

I love this book. It is entertaining for both of my girls, ages 1 and 7, and is fun for me to read too. It is a fantastic short, yet satisfying bedtime story and is easy enough for my 7 year old to practice her reading with.

Only bad part is the girls always ask for a cookie after the story and they are just like to mouse, needing the milk, straw, and so on and so on.

Definitely a recommended read!

It's a decent book, and my son seems to like it. Not sure about the overall theme -- something along the lines of don't help those less fortunate than you.
