Movie Description
Dramatizing a scenario that many unfortunate women have faced, IF SOMEONE HAD KNOWN is a tale of the terrible nature of domestic abuse and its consequences. Katie Liner has a whirlwind romance with the charming Johnny Pettit, and ends up marrying him after a quick and breathtaking courtship. But after their honeymoon, Johnny changes into an abusive monster, with Katie so fearful for her life that she cannot bring herself to tell anyone, particularly not her overbearing father. As their marriage continues and children are born, Katie comes to realize that the situation will never change...and is forced to take drastic measures to protect herself and her children.
