this book is a collection of letters and responses that were allegedly sent to various corporations in the U.S. if you have ever sent any kind of inquiry or complaint letter to a huge corporation, you will appreciate the humor in this book. i got this as a christmas gift and enjoyed it. perfect for your coffee table or to pass along to a friend when finished with it.
