i wanted this movie because my grandson said he would like to have this movie for christmas and i like to get him what he wants thank you very much

I decided to purchase the movie because my grandson would not share... (that is a joke) I like to watch movies at my own pace and when I feel the urge for a certain genre.
"I Robot" is one of my favorites that fills the bill with my SyFy mood. I really like the FX and the storyline is excellent and easy to follow. The idea that an AI could develop emotions that are recognizable is wounderous. 100 years ago electric lights were a wonder...what does the future hold ????

You can count on 2 things in the summer....it being really hot and Will Smith having a dynamic summer blockbuster action movie. The story is great, it being based on Issac Asimov's top notch book. the CGI is well done and it lends itself nicely, not to heavy where it overwhelms the reality of the scenes or the story. There should be plenty of great movies made from books like this because while most were wrote before all the special effects we have today, they could (and did with I,Robot) bring these books to life.

Many movies today would not be what they are without Will Smith's amazing acting and directing skills. Yes, he is not only an actor but he is also a director! This is one of those movies that you will not soon forget. 5stars!

I,Robot lacks the depth to get anywhere near the status of greats like "Terminator" or even better (and closer in resemblance), "The Matrix" (...yes by that I mean pre-Matrix...). However, It does sport some very commendable cinematography, animation and art direction, as well as old fashion excitement. As it so happens I can go for those sorts of things...

When I contacted the seller about not receiving item she was rude and unhelpful. I will never do a transaction with her again.

This movie is awesome. Will Smith is great in this movie as he is in all his movies. Great plot. Lots of action and suspense. keeps you glues to the screen waiting for the next move.

Good quality plays very well with no scratches - fast shipment and the multiple shipment discount allows me to get a few more dvd's than I normally would. Would definitely purchase from there again. I am trying to replace my VHS collection of videos with DVD's and this is the most economical way to do it.

I loved this movie. Will Smith is always fun to watch, just the right intensity to believe it is real, with enough comedy to make it fun, but the ending was really like... hmmm, we don't know how to really bring this to a close, so we'll just wrap it up here and end it... it left you feeling like the movie was cut short by ten minutes and a quick convenient walk off occurred. It left you wanting more, sort of an explanation I suppose.. maybe a closer look at where mankind and robot kind are headed.
Overall it was very entertaining and decent enough for kids to watch without getting scared. It even had a few redeeming moments to make up for the curse words.

An excellent adaptation of the novel of the same name. Will Smith gives an excellent performance as a future detective that must stop a ruthless adversary that no one will believe exists.

I always liked I Robot as I am a Will Smith fan. I love this movie because of the special effects and the acting of Will Smith in the lead role. The content of the story is very interesting. The movie is very engaging and exciting to view. There is nothing not to like in this movie.

This is one of the most thrilling movies I have eer seen. It so hard to take your eyes away from the screen. Two thumbs Up!

If you like mystery and drama,action and suspense,you'll like this.Not really a date show.She will watch the movie and probably like it,but while your watching this show,she's not going to pay you much mind.Really got to watch the show to help keep you focased on what is going on.Descent ending.I thought it was good

My husband and I searched DVD stores everywhere and could not find "I Robot". We knew the cost would be about $20.00, or more. I searched E-Bay and found the "I Robot" DVD on E-Bay as a bid item and placed the minimum starting bid of $.99 and won the bid! The DVD was shipped promptly at a very low shipping cost and; although it had been previously viewed, there wasn't a mark or a scratch and plays beautifully. For almost a steal, I am now the happy owner of one of the best movies of all time. I will always look on the E-Bay web site first before spending time and money travelling from store to store.

An action Sci-FI movie with twists and thrills. The special effect are pretty good. Will Smith gives a good performance. I think the movie pretty much lives up to is hype. This movie should do just fine with any science fiction junkie

I bought it because I like it enough to watch it more than one time.

SINCE I LIKE "ENTERTAINMENT" THIS MOVIE FELL IN THAT CATAGORY FOR ME. THE SPECIAL EFFECTS WERE GREAT. ROBOTS SO LIFE-LIKE YOU ACTUALLY HAD SYMPATHY FOR THEM. THE ACTING WAS A BIT OVER THE TOP IN SPOTS BUT THE ACTION MADE UP FOR IT. MOVIES ARE AN EXCELLENT SOURCE OF ENTERTAINMENT. KIND OF LIKE PEOPLE.....MANY MANY DIFFERENT VARIETIES AND IT IS INTERESTING TO BE ABLE TO SELECT ALL KINDS AND POSSIBLE TO ENJOY MOST ALL OF THEM. THIS MOVIE FALLS INTO THIS SECTOR....ENTERTAINING. THAT'S WHY I PURCHASED IT!
