I-Mate Ultimate 7150 PC Tablet

Looks like HTC's X7500 might have met its match. This beauty here is iMate's Ultimate 7150. A tablet/handheld/UMPC type smartphone that not only runs Windows Mobile 6, but also rocks the eye candy with a nice 3.8-inch VGA screen. The GSM/EDGE phone supports HSDPA connectivity and comes with built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. The model you see here is only a prototype, so it was locked behind glass and guarded heavily by fat mean-looking men.
The i-mate Ultimate 7150 Pocket PC will run on a 530MHz processor with 128MB RAM, feature XGA video out, HSDPA connectivity, and a 262k touchscreen. This neat notebook replacement Pocket PC has all the usual Mobile office tools on board. The i-mate Ultimate also has 256MB of memory, expandable memory, a 2MP camera, and FM radio.
Not much else is know at this time so we will just have to guess when it will be available and cost ... my guess is that the price may be somewhere between $750-$1000
