Dismissed by critics, seemingly dogged by bad luck, with drummer Rick Allen losing an arm in a car accident, HYSTERIA had to be an album to turn heads. In retrospect, it sounded like the first true hard rock record for the CD generation. Ambitious arrangements and remixes on songs such as "Rocket" and "Armaggedon It," a crisp single in "Animal," and a dense paean to love with "Love Bites," all bets were off. Reviews  The Ultimate Hysteria Collection All Finally On CD!!! Over the course of the Hysteria recordings and tour there were various recordings released to vinyl, cassette and CD. Finally, all of these recordings have been compiled into one collection, and finally all on CD with the best quality possible. The 2 disc set also has a nice collection of "In The Round" photos of the band in concert from the infamous Hysteria Tour. "Loud and Proud From London Town...", this collection captures and re-injects into Lepp fans those great days of rock from the late 80's that we all yearn to have back again. A true must have for Def Leppard fans of that era. I am so glad this has been made available. Rise up, gather round and throw some great rock into your stereo!!!!!!!! I went to Walmart to get this set for my son for Christmas. They wanted $31.99 for it and were out! I went on eBay and found it brand new for about twelve dollars including shipping. And guess what-I didn't even have to go out to the store to get it. My son is thrilled, which speaks to me of the product grade, and the whole transaction was quick and pleasant. Def Leppard is probably the most underated band of all time. Although every one they put out rocks, Hysteria was the ultimate. This album is like a greatest hits record. You probaly heard most of the songs on this album but there are about 4 ones that were not released that should have been .
