
Ebay no customer service by phone to help a buyer???

This book is great and the seller I bought it from was great; but with another ebay seller, of another book, when I really needed help, because of the sellers unprofessional actions, Ebay appears not to have customer service help by phone, which would greatly alleviate a massive amount of time wasted typing and researching ebays labyrinth of customers item of actions and protocols, when a one minute phone conversation with an ebay representative would improve a buyer experience, so BEWARE as a buyer, because you are at risk as I have encountered with which the only way to remedy a bummer situation when someone is blatantly premeditative, is to fight in their time intensive electrical battle field mess and prepare to waste a lot of time and money. Also you will have to defend yourself when a seller, trying to double charge or mislead you, decides to bully you to cover their misgivings by filing false or misleading statements. BEWARE YOUR BUYING EXPERIENCE MAY BECOME A MASSIVE WASTE OF YOUR LIFE & TIME AND GIVE YOU A RUDE AWAKENING ABOUT INCOMPETENT corporate incomplete CUSTOMER SERVICE via Ebay, when all you really need to do is to speak with someone who knows their system to resolve the issue expeditiously . Also can you imagine ebay asking me to write a review on a great book when ebay has never responded to a customers simple request to speak to an ebay representative on the phone. I wonder if anyone from Ebay will read this and call me as I have requested many times,,,,,,, May you not encounter a seller with deceptive intention. With warm regard Doctorzzzone
