Lisa Lillien and the HG crew have put together a GREAT little cookbook! If you enjoy a variety of food types, then this cookbook is a MUST HAVE! Easy to follow directions and very simple ingredients make this book perfect for those who are striving for healthy eating (and don't have the time or the skill for elaborate and time-consuming preparation)!! I've already made her "I can't believe it's not Potato Salad" and I gotta tell ya - she's right, it ROCKS. I've already lost 30lbs since April following her newsletter tips, so I can't wait to peruse the cookbook for even more quick, delicious and nutritious fare!
