The Hungry Gene by Ellen Ruppel Shell (2002, Hardcover)

I am having to read this book for my Human Biology Class as an extra credit. The book gives an interesting view of obesity. My teacher actually picked the book up at a store called "The Dollar Tree" and I saw that the store in my town did have them, which I wish I would have known before I paid more in shipping than the book is worth! But basically the book is about how our genes play a part in our fight with weight.
