Human Resource Management by Gary Dessler (2007, Hardcover)

This was one of the easiest books to follow. The information was clear and concise. There were additional links offered to further understand the topics.

Unfortunately the book is not the same as the book am i supposed to have. Even though it matches what my teacher said this book is missing chapters. It will do.

I am very disappointed in my purchase! This book was supposed to be identical to the one that I needed other than the cover. The first night of class I found that the book did not match. Chapter two is not even about the same topic and some of the others do not match either. The sellers home mage states that the material inside is EXACTLY the same! and it is not. I am very dissapointed and would like to get a refund if at all possible!! I would not and do not recommend this to anyone!!!

Excellent book especially for those entering the Management field. Clear, concise, and to the point. Excellent for Nursing Administration and Nursing Informatic students.

while the book was described as "exactly like the US version" it is a little different in that it contains several pages in each chapter on Indian law. I have to sort thourgh the chapters to find what I am supposed to actually be reading.

It was not exactly the book that I needed because this book is for the Middle East and not for the United States. So I really have to work around everything and it was wrong to book on the International list when it wasn't sopposed to leave that area. I'm not studying India's management it's the states so I'm sorry to say that I will need to check everything a little better. Thank you

Book was described as hardcover, and was soft cover. The book was also in grey scale and not in color as the description described. However, all the pages coinsided with the original version so it serves the purpose.

I never received the 2007 HARDCOVER book. I was sent the India version, soft cover. Pages were different. I sent the book back for refund and my refund was shorted due to fees in Paypal. I did not receive back what I spent on a book that was not the book that was advertised. VERY UNHAPPY. I spent 4 weeks of class without the book I needed.

the book was in really good condition for a used book. I thought it was a fair price. I usually look for sellers with larger % of positive reviews...less trouble.

Read this if thinking of purchasing the International Edition for US use. There are a couple of chapters missing on HRM laws and constituional amendments that may be needed for this course. If you don't need them or can copy the chapters and info from a friend's book go for it it's worth saving 100$, if not pay the 75$ and get it in ibook form.

book was as advertised it was my bad that i did not read that it was not the U.S edition, but that is the sellers fault.

The book wasn't immaculate but I knew it wouldn't be and didn't need it to be. I needed it to be good enough to read for class. That is exactly how it was. Good condition and even better price. No complaints and no problems. Good enough for me!

Although the product was brand new in shrink wrap, I did not receive the actual advertised product. Instead of a hardback copy, I was sent a paperback copy with black and white pages. It's basically a photocopy of the real book. It was a decent find, but I would have rather gotten a used copy of the actual book.

I needed this book for my class asap and i specified that to the seller and it was delivered on time and with no problems great seller.

I hated the fact that it was paperback and had no color like the hardcover. It is for a college class that I am taking. Other than that, it is usuable for a great price.
