I purchased the text book for a prepatory class to take the PHR Exam. The text book covers all areas of HR Mangement. The author does a great job explaining each topic in great detail and it is easy to read. I highly recommend the book for any HR professional.

I bought the college textbook because I needed it for my college class. What I like most about the book is the price that I won it at on eBAY. I saved about 10% of the original "purchased brand-new" price and to me that is pretty good since the book arrived to me in almost mint condition. It was almost like a new book, and so the only part I diskliked about it is that it was advertised to include the textbook CD, but when my textbook arrived to me it didnt have the CD as advertised by the seller.
