I bought the book because my engine kept bending the push rods and I did not know why so, after some reading in this book I tried what they said to do and it worked and still is working great!!

How to Repair Briggs & Stratton Engines by Paul DempseyI bought this book to get a good overview of the repair process for a 17.5 hp Briggs motor. The book is well written and very informative on many different types of engines. My only complaint was the lack of detailed diagrams for things like carb repair, the general views were helpful bu not enough for a overhaul of a specific item. Very good manual to have in your reference library.
