I LIKE THE PRODUCT AND THE PRICE WAS RIGHT, BUT I HAVE NOW LEARNED THAT IF YOU HAVE A BAD PRODUCT OR PURCHASE THE RESOLUTION SYSTEM IS DESIGNED TO MAKE BOTH PARTIES JUST FORGET ABOUT IT. THERE WAS NO RESOLUTION IN THIS CASE.THE PRODUCT WAS SHIPPED A MONTH AFTER PURCHASE ON A BUT IT NOW.THE SELLER EVEN EMAILED ON YOUR SYSTEM STATING THAT IF IT DID NOT GET TO ME BY A CERTAIN DATE HE WOULD REFUND MY MONEY NEEDLESS TO SAY IT DID NOT GET THERE ON TIME.SO THE RESOLUTION BOARD DOES NOT EVEN CARE WHEN IT WAS SHIPPED IF THEY CAN SHOW IT WAS SHIPPED YOU OWN IT.SO YOU GO A MONTH WITHOUT VACUUMING YOUR HOUSE AND SEE HOW HAPPY YOU WOULD BE , I FINALLY WENT OUT AND PURCHASE ONE LOCAL WHICH DESTROYS THE EBAY NAME AND PROCESS, BECAUSE THAT IS WHAT MOST PEOPLE ARE SCARED OF ON INTERNET BUYING.IT IS A SHAME AS I AM AN OLD MAN AND I LOVE TO USE EBAY BUT NOW I HAVE TO THINK ABOUT IT AND I HAVE 2 VACUUM CLEANERS TO REMIND ME THAT I HAVE NO PROTECTION AS A BUYER.I AM SURE NOONE WILL CARE ABOUT THIS BUT THEN YOU SHOULD NOT ASK SO LET SEE HOW IT IS HANDLED AND IT WILL PROVE TO ME YOUR COMMITMENT TO YOUR CUSTOMERS.

Not only does this get the dirt but it also gets the dust too! I used it right after my old vac and was amazed at what the old one had missed.... great for getting rid of the allergens and breating easier - I notice the difference!!

I bought this vacuum after pouring over countless Sunday circulars and I was not disappointed. The price point for this vacuum makes it attractive and probably better that some of the really pricy vacuums out there. The dirt indicator is the best feature of the vacuum. I have two cats and it picks up every last cat hair! Left my carpet looking clean! Until I brought this home, I never realized that my old vacuum was deficient. You will not be disappointed!

We purchased this vacuum because it was a better quality vacuum at an affordable price. It has performed up to expections and the green/red light tells you when the area is clean. it is easy to maintain and gets virtually all the dust and dirt up quickly with little effort. it has a good sized vacuum motor for a higher velocity action than most vacuums in this price range. It is a very good performing vacuum with several attachments as well as the usual variable height carpet and floor adjustments. This vacuum is impressive.

I can't really review the item because I never received it. The seller never shipped it. I had to file a Paypal Claim to get my money back. The seller never responded to me or Paypal. Seller was just a crook. He also stiffed several other buyers as well.

Why pay full price for a Hoover when you can buy one on Ebay and refurbish it to like new. The seller offer a great value on a used vacuums, and I would not hestitate to buy from this vendor. Don't waste your money on a Dyson, get yourself a vacuum you can buy parts for and maintain.

This was the only bad experience I've had purchasing anything on ebay. I ordered it, paid for it immediately, as I always do and never received the product. I did receive a UPS tracking number, but the seller never shipped the product. A week went by and no new updates on UPS. I did contact the seller, but there was no communication back to me. After much frustration with the seller, I had no choice but to cancel the order and give a negative, but true, feedback review. The seller then sent me a very, very nasty email about the fact that a would dare to give him a "negative" review. Would never deal with this seller again!

I made payment on Jan 19 2009 and I was looking forward to receive my product within few days, however up to this day I did not receive the product. I wrote email regarding this product to a seller who responded the product was shipped to me 3 weeks ago, but she failed give me even a track #. general I am very dissatisfied with this particular person and I am not looking forward to buy any product from this seller anymore, I lather get my money back than dealing with this person.

I bought one- it looked like the best in my price range and boy did I regrett it. The storage compartment cover is plastic and breaks instantly. I got it fixed and got it home and it happened again. It doesn't pick very well. When we had our carpets cleand professionally, the cleaning guy came in with his vacuum (after I had already vacuumed in prepreation for him coming) and when he vacuumed it a ton of dust, dirt and junk came up out of my carpet. I was so embarassed. It is a shame that I really relied on the Hoover name that I would have a quality cleaning product and it IS NOT!

What can I say, this vacuum works like a dream. I never thought a vacuum could pick up so much and as well being clean about it. I ran my old vacuum over the carpet, then I run the windtunnel over the same area and I just couldn't beleive what I saw. The windtunnel had picked up so much more, deep down clean.
And the windtunnel glide across the carpet while it cleans, no hard turns no sticking to your carpet. So if you get the chance GET ONE TODAY!!!!! YOU WILL LOVE YOUR NEW BABY, I KNOW I DO. Thank You Robinn Kim

I love the suction power of this vacuum. My eureka died about a month ago and my mother recommended the wind tunnel. My carpets looked so clean when after I used the Wind tunnel. Even in used condition, this vacuum still amazed me. I didn't think it would be as great as it was and I paid under $50 for it! Can't beat it! BRAVO fellow eBayer, Scottvacs!!!

I purchased a Hoover Windtunnel vacuum cleaner. It was new in box. I purchased it because it was about a third of the price of what I would have paid in a retail store. I recieved it in four days. It's features and on board tools are great. I was very impressed with it's suction power. The best vacuum I have ever owned. The light is very bright compared to others. It has a dirt finder indicator that glows green when all of the dirt is picked up and red when you still need to keep vacuuming. Very well constructed. I would recommended it to anyone. We love the savings we recieve from ebay sellers.

The Vaccum is quiet cleans well, and is much cheaper than Dyson. The light that tells you when your carpet is clean is a great feature on this vaccum.
