I like everything about this unit. It is no more noisy than any other brand I have ever had. Picks up dirt like gangbusters. The 'Dirt Finder' feature is a good thing and seems to be accurate. I think for the money it is a good value.

I purchased this vacuum because it had a high rating, however, mine is a piece of junk. It has always made a loud banging noise, that the local vacuum shop cannot fix. It has been in the shop three times for different repairs, and now that it has quit AGAIN it's going in the dumpster. Won't be another Hoover in my house.

Hoover products are known for their quality and dependability, the wind tunnel model is popular and established as premium in vacuums. My item was new and in the original packaging, and awesome deal. Very exciting to get such quality at a low price!
