Hoover S2105 Slider Stick Cleaner

Does everything it is supposed to do and does it well. Easy to use! Be careful not to accidently throw away the dust cup, or the small final filter next to the motor like we did. Still don't know how that happened. It is a bit small and needs frequent emptying around our house due two dogs and a cat coming and going. But that is not a design flaw. As I said....it does what it was designed to do. For heavy cleaning, use a regular vacuum. We like it a lot!

We recently moved to an old farmhouse in Virginia. I was having trouble vacuuming with my big upright cleaner, it was difficult to maneuver around the antiques that were in the house. I saw this Hoover on TV and went looking on eBay to see if I could fine one. I did, and I'm so glad. This is really a great vacuum. The head swivels so it maneuvers under and around all the furniture. The dirt cup is small and must be emptied often (I have 2 dogs in the house) but it is so lightweight I vacuum every day and that isn't a big problem.


It works on all kinds of flooring, hardwood, tile, vinyl & carpet with equal ease.
I love everything about it and can find no minuses at all. If you buy one, you will love it. Great for quick pick-ups and great for use in the kitchen. I told my family they could keep it after we get our house built but I'd rather take it with me and use it there but I guess I'll just buy another one for my new house.
I hate to vacuum so finding one that I rave about, it really something special.

You wouldn't want it for a major house cleaning, but for small families or quick pick-ups, it is a wonderful addition to your home.
