I love this new hoover steam vac!!! I had an older model that finally broke and wanted a new one. I read reviews about all major brands of steam vacs online and decided another hoover was the best one to get. This one works even better than the older model I had. Took stains out of my living room carpet I thought would never come out!! I have two small children and two large dogs, that was no small tasks of stains that needed to cleaned. I would reccomend this steam cleaner to anyone!!!!
