I went to www.ConsumerSearch.com before making my purchase to find out what was recommended as the best vacuum out there. Consumer search is great because it averages out JD Power, Consumer Reports and actual customer opinions and its free! Prior to purchasing this we had rented cleaners or hired some one to come out and clean the carpets. Most of the time they'd be here a couple hours, the carpet would look clean and I'd have to wait 6 hours for it to dry enough to walk on. For less than the cost of one cleaning I now own my equipment and can afford to clean more often and keep the carpet looking good and make it last longer. This was the top rated carpet cleaner on Consumer Search and it lives up to its rating. I will expect less dust, less, dander, and less sneezing in the future. An added plus is that I saved big money on eBay! You cant go wrong using Consumer Search to research it and eBay to buy it!
