Honey (DVD, 2004, Widescreen)

I don't know why people like to unnecessarily put down this movie. The movie does what it supposed to do. It is a well done movie in the vane of Flashdance. Honey is not meant to be judged against oscar nominated movies. It should judged against movies of its type such as Flashdance. I think it has much better plot than Flashdance,and if you are a guy how can you not enjoy watching Jessica Alba dance. Her character is a selfless human being. You don't see that many characters in the movies that there main purpose for doing something is to help others. Honey at the end of the movie raises enough money to help out the inner city kids by opening a dance studio,and in one part of the film she gets some of the kids jobs in one of her videos she is the choreographer. I don't see what is wrong in watching a character being nice to people in a movie. Mehki Phifer turns another nice performance as Honey's boyfriend that runs the local barbershop. Missy Elliot is not bad in the film either considering she is not known for her acting. My recommendation is to watch this movie,and not expect some great oscar winning screenplay. Just enjoy a nice enjoyable entertain film.

i wanted this movie for my collection because i really like jessica alba. she is bringing it in this movie and she is very beautiful. i would recommend this movie for all to see. it is very forth coming and worth buying. it is one of my best choices yet.

I rented this movie a couple times and I absolutley loved it. My mom and I like dance movies really well.I had talked my mom into buying it cause I was sure she'll like it too. And she does.

The movie was very inspiring. Honey didn't give up on her dreams. Honey put the children before her, she used her own money for a down payment on a dance school for the children and really made a true impact on the childrens lives. We decided to buy it simply because its a moving film.

This movie help people not to give up on there dreams. If you want something bad enough then dont give up. Get your dream and live your life. This movie is also good for adults and children. This movie shows that people can help each other out. I know that I enjoy this movie and I'm sure others will too.

i havent received it yet i have tried calling the owner of the bid who is linda sorrention i sent her the check and it was cashed and i didnt receive anything i have called almost everyone in pa to see if there is a sorrentino and the operator said no one by that name . when i sent the money in a personal check my first and last time for a personal check i put the number on it and made it out to her i made a copy but i figyred i wouldn have any problem so i just mail the copy with the check i do have the ebay number 230151371836. could you please help me find my dvd. i bougth it on the 17th of july and mailed the check on the 19th of july. any help would be appreciated
