My Homeopathic Practioner actually recomended this book and with perfect reasoning. It is a wonderful book giving background on Homeopathic medicine and how to apply your symptoms to find your remedies. Highly recomended! A must for any person exploring Homeopathic medicine as an alternative healing method.

This is the best practical guide to using homeopathic medications at home. It is easily understandable.

I like the way this book explains different medicines. I am new to homeopathic medicine and enjoyed reading about the history of medicine. In the back of the book there is a great index for referencing the different types of medicines and has great explanations of how to diagnose a particular persons symptoms. I am still trying to figure out the dosages since they are not all clearly stated, or I have just passed over them. Overall, I give the book a B+.

Fascinating Read~ Easy to understand. A necessary guide for sickness, injury or general ill health. Get the main remedies and keep them on hand. iHerb.com sells them, abchomeopathic.com too..I will never again use a drug to heal my body. Learn the remedies for great health.

truly, this little book is one of the best books i have on the subject. it is easy to read, carefully formatted for actual use and not expensive to boot. i highly reccommend this book for beginners because it ehlps explain the hsitory and folklure besides giving actual remedies. warning, of course, homeopathy is rarely an instant cure, but a life long change back to nature and should be used with knowledge and carefullness and common sense always.

When I had my first child 23 years ago, my friend gave me this book. I learned to consult Dr. Panos' book rather than taking my kids to the pediatrician. (Although, yes, they also had to go to the pediatrician on occasion. I'm not superwoman.) My daughter now has a daughter (yea! grandkids!) and I've already used this book to help her through her first cold (which barely lasted 2 days -- evidently I chose the correct remedy). My own copy is in tatters, partly because the daughter tried teething on it years ago, but I can continue to use it. Now I want my daughter to digest this book in a different way, so I'm buying it for her.

Homeopathy is not for people who want a quick fix, though. You need to comprehend the underlying philosophy and be willing to carefully observe symptoms and learn from your experiences. Dr. Panos does a good job of making homeopathy comprehensible. My only complaint is that the index is not as thorough or complete as it should be. You might want to add your own entries to the index as you use the book.

I wanted to buy this book because it was recommended by a friend. I borrowed it and liked it a lot so I looked into finding it to buy. I picked it out and bid on it. It came as quickly as I could have imagined it getting here and I have devoured it since then. IT was a used book but described in great detail. It was all I expected it to be.
