This is by far one of the best albums I have heard . The Girls bring thier own special mix to the songs they sing. Home to you was written by the girls and by far , is one of the best on the album.
The only way to enjoy it more to to see them live. The crystal clear voices are that of some of the best I have ever heard live or on cd. At their live concerts ,when they do thier harmonys and acapella it absolutely brings tears to your eyes, the San Fransisco concerts they have done, have had people from as far away as Washington drive to see them.
If you have not seen the Family video they have done on how they got started you really must see it, it gives you a up front close and personal view of the entire family and the values they represent and uphold, and it also had many of these songs from this album on it.
This is such a nice thing to see in this day and age with every thing else that is so negative in our world. They bring a breath of fresh air and bring us all back to the basics and the Christan Values that are so needed in today society . The DVD is called Family Harmony and really is a must see dvd.
The only way you can get a closer look at the family is to go to a concert and talk to them afterwards, I have been blessed to be able to do that on several occasions, and to speak to them very directly. They are kind and very personable and uphold the Christian Values they sing about. Several of the songs on this album were written by them, and have deep meanings behind them.
They have wrote a song about a friend that had been facing trials in her life, and about an area the family had lived in the past, as well as the top track Home To You. There really is no review that can properly review this album , you have to hear it your self to see. And do not forget to check out the DVD Family Harmony ,so you can see and hear them sing some of these songs.
