This book is perfect for the beginner. Most of the blocks are simple square & triangle pieced. The instructions are very easy to follow. Most of the projects are quick to assembly and the finished projects are beautiful.

) I love thimbleberries and so bought book. Lots of cutisy things. all in dark fabrics. More colonial style. A little disapponted in this book. Prefer more quilt tops or wall hangings.

) Lynett Jensen explains wonderfully what you need to do and the pictures make you want to sew. My sister has a copy and when I saw it it was WOW. Some of the projects are hard for a starter but you can do them after a while.

Number one is because it is Thimbleberries book. That is the main reason. I have other thimbleberrie books, they never dissappoint me. They always have beautiful patterns.
