Hilarious. Love the show. I bought this for my boyfriend for his birthday because he is crazy about the show. You could watch all the seasons and not get tired of it. Just a great show.

This is a great show! The characters are hilarious and evolve throughout the seasons. Coach McGuirk is always guaranteed to pull me out of a bad mood! Grown-ups; don't forget about the joy of cartoons!

I've been a big fan of Home Movies since its first season. Through all the four seasons this improv-based show had seen little to know dry moments as all shows are crammed with 30 minutes of humor. John Benjamin and Brendon Small are 2 great comedians who play very well off each during each scene. And not to mention the musical talents of Brendon Small are nothing to overlook. It's too bad that this show was cancelled because I'm sure it would've stayed funny till the very end.

) The Home Movies series is comedic in a way not seen in many other places. Brendon Small (the real guy) knows what he's doing. When paired with the hilarious H. Jon Benjamin, it is hard to believe that Home Movies didn't take off when less humorous shows like Family Guy and Futurama did.

the last season of an amazing showA great show at its peak of creativity... so funny! The season 4 DVDs are up to the high standard of the other seasons in terms of production values and commentary tracks. The bonus CD with songs from the show is a good cross-section but don't expect every song to be on there... my favorite is not. But hey, now I can listen to "Jazz Fight" on my iPod.

) If you're a fan of Home Movies, this DVD set is a must. It contains the complete final season of the show, which doesn't lose any of the humor from the previous seasons. All the episodes are presented complete in excellent quality. The extras are decent and include: commentary from the creators/voice actors in some of the episodes, interviews, and clips of studio recordings. I do have to give them credit for including an extra music CD that contains several songs from all the seasons. All the necessary play options are there except for subtitles, which are not present at all. You can get subtitles, but you have to use the closed captioning feature on your tv remote, but you get captions in black bars that obscure the screen a little. The lack of subtitle options is the only negative about this set. If you've never watched Home Movies and you like animated shows in the same vein as The Simpsons or Family Guy, you will love this show. It's a shame there weren't more than 4 seasons.

The reason I bought this Season is because I love the series and I was destined to own all of it. It sucked that Home Movies only had 4 seasons because it got better and better. I honestly think that Season 4 is my favorite, but their all good. What I really love are the episodes. They're really funny, but not in the normal way most animated shows are. H.M just has a flaver all it's own.
One thing I didn't like about the DVD were the extras. They weren't that great. I wanted a game, or something like that on it. Also, they don't need the commentary. Commentary on anything just ruins what your watching.
If you are a fan of H.M, you have to get the 4th season. One thing I really like was the bonus CD of the songs that came w/ it. I would actually have paid for that. It's really nice that you basically get that for free. It has 52 (some are really short) songs on it and had a lot of the songs I like on it. There were a few I wanted to have on there, but that's ok. The CD was a good idea because, whether you realize it or not, the music is a big part of the show.
Overall, the 4th season was, I think a good buy and I'm definately NOT regreting it!
