Holy Bible by Zondervan (2005, Paperback, Larger Print)

TNIV, Today's New International Version, is an easy-to-read and trustworthy translation of the Bible. I first started reading this version several years ago when I received a free paperback copy of it from the International Bible Society. It has become my favorite translation. I trust this version because the TNIV, like its predecessor the NIV, was translated by an international and multi-denominational group of scholars working from ancient language texts. The goal was to deliver the original, contextual meaning with clarity and literary quality. Footnotes provide additional translation information and alternate interpretations for some verses. It is also interesting to note that the Committee on Bible Translation is continually reviewing and updating this translation.
