Holy Bible (2002, Paperback)

What can I say. I can not believe that I am the first to review it. This is the only book that everyone in the entire world should read at least once. It is the guide for living. God's instruction book. The NIV is a wonderful translation that allows the reader to understand the writings in words used most commonly today. The Holy Bible is the living word of God and applies today just as much as it did for the past thousands of years. Did you know that the Congress of the United States published the first Bible here in the United States? It was published specifically so that our children would be able to have it in our schools!!!!!! That is a fact! This thing about seperation of church and state was so that the government could never interfere with our christianity. Not to keep it out of the government! Read the founding documents of the U.S. and you will see. Anyway, back to the Holy Bible, life giving food necessary for spiritual health. Most choose not to read it for fear of being convicted of their sins. Too bad, because, if they would just read it, they would see that God gave us a way to obtain forgiveness for those sins. The NIV is the version that allowed me to get through the entire life changing book. When I say life changing, I mean from drugs, alcohol, sexual promiscuity, abortions, and much, much more....to the peace that knowing my loving Father in heaven loves me, wants me, enjoys me enough to deliver me from all of that other stuff. What can I say? Read it yourself. It's the best investment you will ever make for yourself and your family.
