Holiday Sing Along With Mitch by Mitch Miller (CD, Sep-2001, Legacy Recordings)

I just love this cd. when we were young my parents used to play the album every Christmas. It was easy to remember the words and sing along. It takes me back to a wonderful time in my life. It brings back all the memories of Christmas past and times in my life i cherish. Christmas just doesnt seem like Christmas till we play this cd!

It was new & sealed & played wonderfully well , it was shipped quickly & I was very pleased with this seller!

If you are over 50 you will remember "Sing Along with Mitch Miller" on TV. If you are too young to have seen this show you need to be exposed to the great sound of Mitch Miller. There is no better way than with this classic Christmas album. The track "Whose got a beard that's long and white" is our children's favorite and even though they are now in college this song brings back great memories and makes them smile and sing along! If you love Christmas music, you must have this album in your collection.

This is a classic in the true sense. The music is well orchestrated, the voices are clear and it just makes you want to sing along.

This CD replaces an album that was a tradition to listen to in my house at Christmas. It is harmonic ans a joy to listen to.

A favorite from the past. A co-worker was raised up on this style of music during the holidays. So I thought I'd get this for her for Christmas.

The reason I bought this CD is because it brings back wonderful childhood memories! My 5 other siblings and myself would put on the LP (record) at the beginning of the Christmas season and this would start the wonderful memories! We would all sit around with a sheet with the words to all the songs on this record and Sing along w/Mitch Miller. I thought everyone in the world did this when I was a kid! Thanks for the memories!

When I was little, back in the days of 8-track tapes, my family would pop this in and, to me, that signified the beginning of the holiday season. These songs are timeless and classic. I bought this to share with my own children. They LOVED singing along with the traditional songs. They also learned to love a new one, "Must Be Santa." I love how Mitch Miller makes everyone want to sing along.

Excellent song selection. I love the way they sing them. And it comes with the lyrics so you can sing along. I just love it!

I had purchased this for my parents who have just moved and had to get rid of there album collection. As the holiday approached it just wasn't the same not walking in my parents door and not hearing Christmas music. So, I purchased this along with several other Christmas CD's to replace there album collection. It is the old adage, you never know what you got till it is gone. My other brothers and sister cringed when they walked in the door hearing this, but no matter, the smile on my parents face means more than there frown. They just don't make music like this anymore.

I never received my product. I contacted this person several times and not one time did I receive a response.

I always review the comments before I buy. This person did not have many if any negative reviews before I made my purchase. Shortly after I contacted the person for the second time I noticed several poor reviews.

Normally 10 dollars is not a big deal, however with my husband out of work every penny now seems to be a big deal. The only reason I purchased this in the first place is my husband had said that this album had so many good memories for him as a child. Since his father recently passes away I wanted to get him something that would bring back fond memories.


So this is a big disappointment that we never received the CD.

I grew up listening to this record every Christmas season. It was one of the highlights of that season! In fact, I still associate it with Christmas directly. This is just great family tunes to brighten up the season..most of today's music really sucks, especially the 'stars' of today trying to sing Christmas songs...very pathetic. So if you're looking for great Christmas tunes to get you in the mood...this is it!

I loved this album when I had it years ago on vinyl. Now I love it even more in CD format. It has lots of Christmas favorites and Auld Lang Sine for New Years eve.

Great CD highly recommended, Enjoyed the detail of the Music, I will listen to it mover and over again. I was inspired by the music, would highly recommended the CD. The wording is great and story line is super. Listen to it over and over again.
