Holga 120N Medium Format Film Camera

With the Holga camera, you've got to "prepare" it before being able to use it. I had some trial and errors with mine, but I finally have it figured out and I love using it. I like the fact that it's so simple and creates different effects on the film! Nothing ever comes out the way you expect it, but sometimes pictures come out even more spectacular!

i love the textures you can get on photos taken by Holga cameras.
and it's also so relatively cheap that it can be an awesome gift to give it to someone! :]

Love this thing. Wish I had bought it years ago. I carry it with me most of the time. Simple, easy to use. Light weight and highly portable. And my Vivitar 285 flash works great with it.

After shooting digital for three years, I decided it was time to shoot some film again. I had been wanting a Holga or Diana for some time. Got a good on-line price on the Holga and bought it. Shooting with it makes you stop and think.

Like the soft focus, light leaks and all. Only thing I don't like is no "B" setting on the shutter for long exposures. But, I can live with that.

If you're looking for a camera that's fun to use...get one. It's point and shoot all the way. I use 200 speed B&W film and it works well. I get the film processed and scanned at a pro photo lab and then Photoshop the scans. I'm looking for another one for color film.

I didn't want to spend a lot ia a film camera cause I have a DSLR, so I've bought Holga, and I just Love, I recomend buy the 35mm film adapter to make your life easyer.

I bought the Holga 120 N Med. Format camera for my sister as a graduation gift. She loves it. Out of all the cameras she uses - SLR, digital, pinhole, etc - this is one of the most fun to play with and creates some of the most interesting pictures.

Great camera. I had been reading/looking at examples of Holga photos and was interested in trying it out. This camera is what I was looking for at a great price. The photos it produces have the classic darkness around the edges and light leaks, making for really interesting images. The Holga is extremely easy to use and 120 film is cheap. Even though it's very lightweight plastic, it is pretty sturdy.

Bought this camera about a week ago and it is ok. Its a pretty cool camera for a kid to use. A good starter camera for anybody. Great price too.

Fun as hell camera. Improved greatly from the 120s. Previous model problems seem to all be fixed. Well with exception to its normal light flaws people like.
