I saw this movie when I was younger and just loved it! A great cast that does a wonderful job. Also a soundtrack that fits the movie perfectly. Three witches from the "old days" get released into modern times by a virgin named Max. Max along with his sister and friend try to find a way to get the witches gone for good. Also includes a talking cat (who use to be a boy), a zombie, and school bullies. Great movie for any ages!

It's a very good Holloween movie, not to scary for younger kids but still keeps the intrest of a older viewer, no bad words and is also funny!

I also love this movie, This movie always gets me in the mood for halloween. There is nothing i dont like about this movie, and if your a big halloween nut like i am, i would really encourage you to watch this too.

I purchased A Hocus Pocus DVD from this seller On October 20th, It is Now dec. 4th and I have Still not recieved it. Communication with tis seller has been VERy POOR. In the first two weeks we e-mailed back an forth, with me asking for a refund and the seller telling me the item was on back orber, then not on backorder, then in the process of shipment ect. ect. I finally Turned In a claim with ebay and pal pal and only got one responce from seller. Now waiting On paypal to decide out come because seller would not communicate. I will NEVER but from or recommend this seller to anyone. The worse e-bay experiance i've ever had.

I always loved this movie as a child and watched it EVERY halloween! (and still do) It's perfect for children, because there is no questionable content. It's just good clean fun! I love it and recommend it to all!

This wonderful Halloween movie is great for the whole family. If you haven't seen it before you'll want to. We own it and watch it every year together as a family.

One of the funniest Halloween movies for kid on the market. You and your kids can watch it over and over, unlike many cartoons. Laugh out loud funny witches stuck in our time and having major culture shock. When these three witches get brought back to life, chaos ensues. From creepy spell books to flying vacuums, it's quite fun.

Walt Disney has always produced movies that I like and this is no exception.
Kathy Najimi was the spark that really made this comedy comedic.
Bette Midler was her usual superb self as the oldest sister of the three witches. Sarah Jessica Parker was remarkable as the youngest and dumbest
(blonde) of the three.
I have enjoyed this movie over and over, and plan to enjoy it over and over some morth

This is a good Halloween movie to watch with the kids. It has some funny parts in it and it keeps you entertained. This is one of our traditional movies to watch around that time.

Again, this is another great nineties film featuring Bette Midler as one of the main stars. I bought this movie because I cannot stand waiting for the GOOD movies (usually the seasonal movies) to appear on ABC or the Disney channel, etc. It contains small facts of history that include the Salem Witch trails which I found interesting when I had first watched the movie and it is one of those movies where one won't get tired of watching it. It's a great buy.

Great movie for all! To bad I waited 42 days for it to arrive, but I have to say that this was the genuine article, sealed and original. Although the experience was anything but pleasurable, the purchase was a hit. Highly recommended.

I searched ebay, found it, bought it, and it was shipped all in a matter of DAYS! It was so awesome not having to run from store to store, or call around to find it. It was right at my finger tips and BRAND NEW, too! My 4 year old was so happy to finally have a DVD. He had worn out the VHS version. Thanks Video Barn and Ebay! We love you!!

This is one of my favorite Halloween movies! It's really not too scary to be viewed by the whole family. Bette Midler is perfect as the buck toothed sister, Kathy Najimy as the chubbier sister that can smell out the children, and Sarah Jessica Parker as the not so bright (amok amok amok!)sister. Actually, none of them are meant to be too smart, and that keeps the movie lighter. Get some popcorn turn down the lights, put the children in a cage....just kidding, and enjoy this fun movie!

I have been looking for this movie for awhile now. Could not find it anywhere's. Found it on eBay and was very pleased with the price and shipping and handling. I love eBay you can find just about anything here.

Even though this movie is over thirteen years old it still holds up. Bette Midler was recently on Ellen, or was it David Letterman, and she stated that she and the cast had a wonderful time shooting this picture; and that she still has Winifred's teeth that she pulls out for Halloween from time to time.

My son and I love this movie. Gets you in the Halloween spirit without being too scary. There are laugh-out-loud parts too. Lots of fun for the whole family!

This movie was an awesome halloween movie, because it's was so funny and the actors so believable! I felt like I believed in witches and the legend of how Halloween began when I was done watching it! It was not gory or scary like some Halloween movies, just a bunch of fun! If you haven't seen it yet, I would strongly recommend it for some great family fun!

I actually bought this movie as a replacement,my old one was worn out!This is my kids favorite witch movie! No matter the time of the year, we love to watch this one. Bette Midler, Kathy Najimy and Sarah Jessica Parker deliver a fantastic performance as the Sanderson Sisters from Salem, who come back to life after 300 years after a teenage prank goes dreadfully wrong.
There's even a talking cat, 'Binx'. Who is actually a boy cursed and turned into a cat for eternity by the witches.
This a perfect scare for the kiddies,but it does involve dark subject matter, so use your best judgement for the younger ones.
Funny,Scary,Charming...This movie a keeper in our collection of holiday themed movies.
