I finally figured out how to use feed back and will probably have the same problem again. I want to thank you for your prompt delivery of this item.

ExcelentWorked excellent as a replacement drive for an older Dell that I had. Put it in and popped in the Windows XP instillation disk and away it went. Never had any problems with Hitachi drives. Would recommend to anyone that wants to upgrade their old laptop with a bigger hard drive at an affordable price.

Quick and easy
) Drive was very easy to install,ran setup and started loading OS in under 1 minute.Drive was stress tested using various testing software and passed without any issus.

I was not able to format it completely it only went to 75%, but still worked fine. Win Xp Por was installed and ists working fine. I am happy with it so far.
