Thank you for voting. If your vote meets our 
7K200 Hitachi Hard DrivesLaptop HD can be tricky. If you have a fast system, (I mean, 2+GHz Dual or Quad CPU), you don't want the speed of you laptop limited to the speed of the HD, especially when the OS use the HD for a lot of things especially Virtual memory. Having a fast spinning HD, means a faster search, read and write. Exploring the SATA, you a faster transfer of data on and off the HD. By no means, you can't compare a 5400, or a 4200 with a 7200 rpm HD.
