I like the durability, the hook, and the overall operation of it! Hitachi makes, in my opinion, the best power tools on the planet! Very happy! The drill is well balanced, the battery runs on full power and does not fade out when losing charge. When the drill stops it is either in need of a charge or over torqued for the gear that it is in. The rubber coating on the drill helps protect it when it gets dropped. The light on the hook is very helpful in dark corners, and the hook is nice when working off a ladder.

I used this model drill at work. It holds up good ,has plenty of power,and it is well wworth the money.
