Suspense as control, hate and love collide

This movie made me nuts! I loved it and couldn't remember the name of it. Finally, I have found it. Jean Arthur is one of the best and most beautiful actress's that ever appeared on the silver screen. Her romantic drama's and comadies are some of the best ever made. They are classic's in the truest since of the word.
This VHS is in perfect condition and it looks like it was isssured yesterday.
The whole transaction went smoothly and shipping costs were honest.

  One of the best

One of the most romantic films of the 1930s, beautifully directed by Frank Borzage and acted memorably by Jean Arthur and Charles Boyer.

History really is sometimes Made at Night

This is one of the better Titanic based disaster films. While the villain is a bit one dimensional. the film as a whole outshines other efforts like "SOS Titanic" with ease. Made in 1937, it certainly showas all the weaknesses and strengths of the period, but is probably equal, if not not superior to the kitsch of "Titanic" (1997). Nonetheless, it pales in comparsion to what has remained the gold standard for Titanic films, "A Night to Remember" (1958). It is still a respectable piece of melodrama that can provide enjoyable watching.
