I bought this book for a friend who asked me how I keep my weight under control. I first bought this book 20+ years ago. It is not a diet book rather it helps you learn how to eat and live a healthy lifestyle. There are no recommendations to each weird foods or starve yourself. The reader is encouraged to eat a healthy diet of fruits, vegetables, meats, fish, and poultry. You eat 4 times a day and you're never hungry. It works! I have recommended it many times over the years.
