The Highly Sensitive Child by Elaine N. Aron (2002, Paperback)

This is a very informative book if you have sensitive children. I have learned better how to handle my kids without becoming frustrated. A counselor recommended it.

I read about the book on the internet and decided to buy it because I have a highly sensitive child. She fits this definition perfectly. I found the book very helpful, first because it assured me that my child is perfectly normal and second because it provided a lot of practical advice on how to raise her. I would recommend it to everyone, even to parents of children who are not highly sensitive because it gives good advice on raising children in general.
