Highland Fire by Hannah Howell (2008, Paperback, Reprint)

I bought and read this book because I like Hannah Howell's other books. She usually writes very funny and very suspense filled books. Highland Fire did not meet my expectations. The book was slow to get going and the characters were not really developed very well. There were no steamy romance scenes either - another disappointment. Even the suspense filled scenes were not developed very well to me. I probably wouldn't recommend the book.

Disappointed would be the best way to describe how I felt about this book. The book has a long slow start, the story was rather boring and just lacked the normal vibrant writing and romance which Hannah Howell is famous for. I have read a ton of her novel's and this is the first one that I would not recommend to anyone.

This is an excellenct book. Romance and action....never a dull page. worth the purchase...you will not regret it.
