
Good recipes, but not for the beginner cook

The recipes in this book are very good; tasty and very friendly for anyone on a low-carb, high protein plan. That said, they are fairly complicated recipes and certainly not for beginner cooks. But if you're ready to experiment with your meals or create something different from your usual routine, and if you have some cooking skills, then I would definitely suggest this book.
