Behavior based interviewing looks like it's going to be the trend for perhaps the next 5-10 years, Maybe longer.
This book gives you enough different questions to conduct pretty much an infinite number of interviews without having to use the same set of questions over again. For convenien ce, the questions are grouped by what qualities you are looking for. Convenient.
In addition, it also gives you a background on why its so darn good, and an overview of past methods.

This book also includes how to use the method of behavior based interviewing, how to set it up, and how to evaluate the data you obtain.

All in all, I think if you are going to do interviewing, this book covers it all.
