DVD badly scratched,
Review created: 02/10/08(updated 03/23/08)

Seller gave me a bad review because:I ordered the DVD in good faith expecting to receive a product that was in good condition. Instead, I received a DVD that was so badly scratched that it would stop during playing and skip scenes.
I left negative feedback and the seller states I should have contacted them first. I can find nothing in EBAY's feedback tha states that I should contact a seler first, if you don't if you leave a positive review.
If you you look at the reviews I leave the majority are positive because I received what I expected to receive.
Seller states that they will contatct EBAY and have the review removed; if they can do this what is the point of leaving any review that is not positive?
This would be unfair to the buyer.
Seller also states that the watched the DVD the might before shipping, I find this hard to believe. Either they do not sell man DVD's or they spend most of their waking hours wasching DVD's.
We have second hand stores here that buy and sell used DVD's, I know from previous experience that if I had taken this to them they would have returned it saying it was too damaged to sell. I couldn't watch the entire movie, I couldn't resell it so I threw it in the trash.
I have since reordered from a reliable dealer, which I should have done to begin with.
