Hewlett Packard Photosmart 2610 All-In-One InkJet Printer

I haven't found anything I don't like about this printer. It does everything you could ever want. The picture quality of photo's is awesome. It takes every card they make(right now). It is almost self explanatory without having to read directions. You can see all your photos before they print. Great tools which are downloaded to your computer as soon as you hook up the printer. Ease of Emailing pictures is great. I'm a beginner and figured it out with no problem. I highly recommend this printer.

Installation went smoothly enough. My goal of printing wirelessly(hard wired from router to printer) might be reached. At the moment I spent two days with HP support and they couldn't fix the problem. After installing the driver I received a svchost.exe reference error message when surfing the web or performing tasks other than printing. HP would only exchange the printer. This of course wouldn't fix the problem--it's driver is buggy. I decided that HP was of no help so I went to the HP website and downloaded the 2610 driver from the HP website and performed a minimal installation. After two days no error messages and it prints like a dream wirelessly! I can only hope this was a fix! It seems like it is. Minus the problems this printer would get an 8 or 9 rating.

This All-In-One printer is what I was exactly looking for. I purchased this unit from embay and Saved over 150.00 from regular retail.. WOW.. This was a Brand new unit, never opened. I enjoy and feel Completely Safe on making my
purchases from Ebay. I have also purchased an Cheverolt Suburan from ebay motors, another Great purchase from Ebay.

I like this item because it is easy to use and very clear copies. The only drawback: unplug it from the phone line (fax) when it storms,since i lost one by getting struck by lightning. Lightning went thru the phone lines and fried it.I liked it well enough to purchase another identical one.I would recommend this item to anyone.It also is nice that it takes different types of memory cards and is so easy to use.

Ease of use, eliminates multiple devices that I need on a day to day basis. Print speed and quality satisfactory to me. Less expensive generic ink cartridges are usable with OEM output.

Todate I have purchased three units.

The seller did a good job in detailing the inkjet printer, and it was exactly what I wanted. I received the printer in 8-9 days, it was packaged good, and I started hooking it up the first day. I had trouble setting it up, because there was no manual? I sent 2 emails to the seller, and they never did respond in reference to the manual. After I had it all hooked up, I tried turning in on, and nothing happened. I disconnected everything, plugged the cords back in, jiggled and pushed and some lights started blinking. It finally came on? I used the machine for the first day, and turned it off. Then at 2am the machine turned itself on? I turned it off, and the next morning sent another email, since now I couldn't get it to turn on? I don't know how many emails I sent, but I never could get them to return any kind of correspondance. I sent it back in the mail two days later, paid $23 postal fee, and still haven't heard a word. I told them in yesterday's email, if I didn't hear something soon, I was contacting Ebay. I hope you can help me.

I bought this Printer because I liked the one I had purchased new at Best Buy just like it some years back. Mine was getting old and it needed to be replaced. This printer is no longer available in the regular market, but I happened to have found it on the NET, so I jumped at the chance to buy the same thing again. It prints pictures fantastically. Also, the all-in-one features on this printer include a FAX machine, which is the easiest to use of any non-commercial at-home FAX accessory I have ever run into. I would recommend this particular make and model to anyone, but Good Luck finding one still out there. I would hope that Hewlett Packard would come up with an NEW upgrade to this machine, but I haven't seen it as yet.

I would buy this product over and over again, if available.

I ordered this printer because mine "died" and I had many ink cartridges that were left over that I didn't want to go to waste. The description of which ink cartridges this printer used was incorrect. So I couldn't use my left over cartridges afterall. The color portion of the printer didn't work and when I used the multiple page feeder part of the printer, lines covered the copies.

I finally turned in the printer to Staples in exchange for $50 off a new printer. However, I still have all the expensive unusable ink cartridges. They are HP96's. I'm trying to figure a way to get something back for them. (I gave the colored ones to a friend.)

The seller did not respond to my communication with him regarding the misrepresentation of the type of cartridges and the fact that the printer didn't work properly. So, I left negative feedback.

This is the first disappointment I've had with an EBay purchase.

Had same unit and loved it.. but it ate some paper & could not clear it.
eBay made one available and we were sure to win the auction.

Ho acquistato, nuova, questa stampante 25 mesi fa. E' stata usata poco, i ricambi originali, ecc.
Un piccolo sbalzo di tensione (forse) ed il circuito integrato è saltato. L'assistenza HP mi dice che non conviene ripararla.
Altre parole sono inutili.

The quality of the copies is way better than Kinko's - even their color copiers.
The speed of printing is terrific.

It does use expensive ink quickly, though.

All in all, an excellent printer
