Hewlett Packard PhotoSmart 7350 InkJet Printer

I received the Hp photosmart 7350 printer on 01-13-10. It was poorly packed with styrofoam peanuts down in the left enclosed compartment of the printer itself and under the 4x6 tray. Had to spend about 45 minutes retrieving 7-8 peants which were jammed in the enclosed compartment of the printer. The printer itself was not properly wrapped and the peanuts were not evenly distributed to protect it either. This was to be a replacement for the existing hp photosmart 7350 I've had for eight years. The 4x6 printer tray doesnot engage properly and stops printing the picture before completion. It also doesnot release the picture, causing a jam. The 8x10 tray works fine. How can this be resolved? Unfortunately the printer is unacceptable as is. I did take pictures of the package and pictures as we opened this box. I don't plan to buy from the seller again. I am very dissatisfied and unhappy.

The seller did not properly package this printer and it arrived busted to pieces; I had to throw it away. This would have been a perfectly good purchase had the seller been more responsible in his packaging. I have since ordered two other HPs and the sellers packaged them correctly and I received them perfectly intact.

This is a really nice photo printer that will print multiple sizes. Most printers now are not designated for photos alone and the mulitfunction printers don't have the same quality as this one. I have a multifunction that will also print out photos but this is more versatile: 8" x 10", 5" x 7", 4"x 6" and 3" x 5" I think.

You can not find this in any store, so look online and have confidence in HP. Only two ink cartridges needed and no issues with printheads. This a more traditional printer and also quite reliable.

I wanted this particular printer to replace the one I had that couldn't be prepared. In my opinion this make and model produces the best photos. The item and accessories arrived as described and well packed. J Leloup

I bought this item because I needed a printer that would work with my older computer using Windows ME edition software. I paid just about the max price I set for it. When I received it, I had to work on it for three hours to clean it up, but it does now work OK. If it works for several years for casual printing, then I got a 80 dollar printer for quite a bit less. The shipping was a bit pricy but OK. It arrived poorly wrapped. Now that it is all cleaned up and working, I like that it prints black copy OK. Peter

The darn thing is amazing! Years ago we bought one exactly like it brand new and never realized something was wrong with it. This slightly used one at a cost of $3.24 (really) works far better than the new one we purchased originally. And, both the color and black ink cartridges that came with it were full. We couldn't be more pleased!

USB cable plugs in back or front. Makes excellent quality color photos. Prints envelopes slowly, yet flawlessly. Dislike the slowness, but that can be sped up a bit if you choose draft quality. Draft printing is perfect if you are wanting to save ink and for quick prints. Save the best quality for photo albums or framed pictures. When you go to print, just go to the Properties button, select quality 'draft', or to save color ink, select the color tab, select grayscale and use only the black cartridge. The weakest thing about this printer is the power supply and the usual plastic parts. For Windows NT, 2000 or XP only. Forget using it for VISTA, you can try alternate drivers BUT be warned by HP: "This driver makes it possible to use the basic functions for the printer. There will not be a full-feature Windows Vista driver solution for your product."
