To start off with, the HP Officejet 6210 All-In-One is a very high quality printer, scanner, fax, and copier. It works amazing with Windows XP. The quality is great, the product itself is great also. But if you decide to upgrade to Windows Vista, BE PREPARED! The software included with the HP Officejet WILL NOT WORK WITH VISTA! I searched for hours trying to find an answer to the problem, and finally did. If you have the 6210 and are using Vista as your OS, I'm sure you have already had problems. I decided to post the answer here, so that you won't have spend hours searching, and possibly end up on a dead end street! What you will need to do is go to the following site!

Just copy and paste the URL into your search bar. When you get to the page, there is no need to check your system if you are running Vista, you are already TOO UPDATED! Simply install, wait about 30 minutes for it to finish, and your back on track to using your HP Officejet 6210 All-In-One!

Yhis printer does it all! Prnting, Scanning, Copying, Faxing, you name it, this machine does it. Ink is reasonably priced, and it will print on photo paper. All Around great printer!

I have owned this printer for a long time now, and it has not given me any problems, AT ALL! I love it. It is perfect for office use and home use. I use it to print, copy, scan and sometimes fax my school work. Its also easy to use. I really recommend this printer.

My 6210 is a fast printer with great alignment and no distortion. It's scanning is super, even to photo quality. It's can print direct from my camera without using the computer. And its fax is very easy to use, with many useful functions. And of course you can use it as a copier, with great results. But best of all was the fair price. I have used HP for many years and have not been disappointed. And, I must say I like the thrill of the acution.

This is a great all in one printer/fax/scanner. What is really sad is the lack of support for the large economical black ink cartridges, oh yeah HP makes them but insured this model wouldn't be able to use them, so you will pay just a bit too much too often for black ink. Come on, let us use the 19 ml cartridges, not the expensive 11ml ones!!!!!

ink cartridges are alitte hard to place. fax , scanner,printer is a nice package. Speed is no factor for me. A very good value for the money. other than that its great.

I have a Mac PowerBook G4. Have read other reviews that were miserable; horror stories about the setup. I did not have any problems with set up, got it up and running just following the directions. Never needed to contact hp support. It is for home use, not office/commercials. I love it. Great for printing photos, great copier, faxing, haven't scanned yet...no problems.

This is an all around great printer. We purchased it when it first came out years ago and has NEVER let us down. In our business we do tons of printing,faxing, photos,copying and scanning ALL without even the smallest problem. We now have to replace it only because we lost scanning function due to outsourced tech support wiping out the files and cannot find the installation CD. Prior to this we have had a Brother and Canon but we are replacing it with another 6210 because we know how terrific it works.
I would say, if you need a great machine and can get one.....go for it.

I like the machine. One problem I have encountered is that the paper tray continues to come up every time my computer is on line. I have not been able to solve this problem which slows my computer down. Everything works and I would give it an excellent and may be a problem that came with it when I bought it.

perfect little home-office printer/fax/copier, it prints fast ,clear ,vibrant pictures. i haven't set up the fax yet but i did download the online software which was a breeze . the unit actually walks you right through each step.

There is something wrong with the printer : I cannot print in color. Everything I try to print in color turns greenish, with the cartridges that came with it, and with brand new cartridges that i bought to be sure. No red, no yellow, no brown...etc.. So I cannot use it for photos. I should have contacted you immediately but didn't. My son tried to make it work, but could not either. I am thinking of contacting the store that delivered it to come here and check it. Annick R.

I have been buying HP printers for years, and this is one of the best but I like many others don't like the size of the ink cartriges and the price. It has almost stirred me away from HP. The price of the ink is like buying gas for your car. I have talked to a lot of people about this and they feel the same. I am seriously thinking about selling the one I have just because of the cost of the ink.

Really like my new printer. It prints clearly and the print comes out sharp, no blurring. I looked at other printers on the market and this one fit my needs perfectly. Of course, there are highly advanced printers for everything and anything out there...but I use mine in my home and my son and I find it quite easy and useful...for my daily neeeds and for his projects.
