I have bought on eBay, 09/17/06, a Hewlett Packard Laserjet IIp plus printer.
The printer does not work, the error message indicates a malfunctioning
paper path sensor and service is required.
My main complained to eBay and PayPal is that I was charged two times on the same day for the one printer.
I also contacted the seller about it.
My many complaines to eBay, PayPal and the seller were not answered and I was forced to stop payment on the second charge of $47.15.
The Bank charged me $30.00 for that service.
I like to know why there were two charges for one item i was bidding for.
Either eBay or PayPal was of any help. It should not be possible to pay
twice on any one item. Six weeks of trying to solve this matter was a waste
of my time.
