It's affordable, fairly practical (no built in mic). Over all it's a pretty good extra for home use. I've seen other web cams with plug & play, with built in mic's and no software to download for the same money. That's why I give this unit only an average rating.

) I like the fact my husband can see and talk to family in other states ,it keeps us more connected.I thought it had a built in microphone but we could not get it to work ,had to get a microphone to go with web cam.My sister in law got one so I wanted one for us to talk.
