Received printer in excellent shape. Very well protected with bubble wrap. Printer worked like new. Ink cartridges seem full. Nothing missing. Very happy!

This Printer Is Great
) I purchased this product to replace my original Deskjet 810C. I had used the original with excellent results for about 8 years. It finally broke down and was not usuable any more.
I researched other printers, but was used to the Deskjet 810C and the way it performed, so I looked for another one like it.
I find this a reliable, bare bones printer. It does all of the things I need it to do on a daily basis and is very reliable and easy to use.
The only down side I have found it that I only use genuine HP cartridges, and these can be fairly expensive unless you do your shopping and find a good deal on them on E-Bay, which I was able to do.
All in all, I am very pleased with my purchase.
