I am a refiller and as of today we have more than 3,500 positive feedbacks...and proudly 0 negative feedback scores trying to educate the world one recycled cartridge at a time.

Most people by now have tried a refill or know someone who has. For the most part, they really have gotten a bad rap, and rightly so. The reason is, most people do not know how to refill or have tens of thousands of dollars in equipment to refill them. Truth is Staples, OfficeMax and OfficeDepot are offering some type of compatible or refill, which in most cases are the exact same thing. Is there a risk to using a refilled cartridge?
Not at all! Now a days, Most refillers have the proper equipment to flush, vacuum fill, test and package. There should be no difference in the print quality after the cartridge is refilled. I have all HP printers, I wouldn't own anything else! I find the value worth the money, and the ink seems to last. I only buy HP ink, not any others. I've had one HP printer for over 12 years and it's still going strong!

I bought an inkjet catridge for my HP Deskjet 3845 printer, the product arrived on time, fit and worked perfectly with my printer. The price is reasonable. I may buy another when the current one is used up.

Excellent ink--new in package-had an expired date but still works fantastic like brand new. You do not have to worry about expiration dates on sealed ink packages. Always buy your ink like this to save mega bucks. You can buy 4 on ebay for what you pay for one at any other store.

I was a bit worried about trying a new source after having been stung on eBay in the past. These folks put my worries behind me, however. The HP ink cartridge was like a new one, only less than half of the cost and the shipping was quick and free! I'll certainly be back for more and have already referrred my brother.

My printer came with this cartridge in it when new. I have only used this
kind of cartridge since. It is always perfect in it's printing, and
lasts way longer than I expected it to. When something works so good, why try
anything else ?

I have only used the color cartridge, but this black cartridge in combination with the tri color improves the print quality.

Very affordable substitute to retail. The same item, shipped fast. It was in original box, sealed, fresh to use.

Cartridges were brand new, and ink lasted a lot longer than other cartridges I've bought. Great product and service.

I thought I was ordering a 2 pack but recieved a 2 pack box with only one cartridge inside. My fault for not reading, but it would have been less confusion had the seller's photo been of 1 cartridge pack instead. Slightly deceptive if you ask me.

I always buy branded new cartridges. Not sure how you do rave reviews on office products. That would be like writing a reveiw about pencils - boring and unnecessary.

As always HP puts out a superior product for their printers. I have used refilled cartridges, generic cartridges and actual HP Inkjet cartridges and I have always gotten the best results from the HP Inkjet Cartridges. I will always plan on using an actual HP Inkjet cartridge! As the old adage goes you get what you pay for!
