I like the price of the cartridge I won, but the sellers need to watch the date of manufacturing. When they get too old sometimes the ink dries up.

I tried other ink cartridges that were 100% HP or filled with HP ink. The colors weren't as crisp, but the job got done. One non-OEM cartridge didn't get the proper contact with the printer and wasn't able to be used.
If you don't want problem, go with 100% HP quality!

I ordered four cartridges. All four tested bad in two printers and would not print all three colors. 20 plus cleaning cycles did not help. On my second follow-up e-mail the vendor said return for exchange. The first e-mail was ignored. He never offered to cross ship with the bad ones, he never offered to replace no charge, he never offered to re-imburse my freight. He is no longer listed as an e-bay vendor and I have not received replacement goods yet.

HP C6578A tri color ink jet cartridgeThe older cartridges tend to dry out more because they were not wrapped in a foil pouch like the newer ones. Other than having to get the ink flowing the cartridges work well.

Beware of this seller!When I received the #78 Ink Cartridge it did not work. I contacted the seller and he said it was on Consignment. He would contact the vendor. Upon contacting him again to see if he spoke with the Vendor he sent me a nasty response. Then I disputed the charge on paypal and now he is calling me a jerk. He had plenty of time to respond to me nicely.

PRINTER INKThe ink cartridge that i purchased works very well, i am happy to have dealt with this company. I have purchased other items for my computer and I had a very difficult time trying to return the product. the company was not helpful at all. I am glad that this ebayer works quickly and efficielntly. the product was exactly as they stated and i had no issues with it,.

HP's original ink better than their Vivera inks!For my faithful HP 932C color inkjet, nothing beats HP's original inkjet cartridges. HP offers two type of inks in this cartridge, original and Vivera (supposed to be longer lasting, with better color).
Phooey.
A while back, I received a coupon for a great price on HP's updated "Vivera" inks, from HP directly. I did not really see a noticeable difference in print quality (I am a graphic designer and I look closely at print jobs), but I *did* discover a huge difference in performance--Vivera print heads clog fast! I spent more time running cleaning cycles on the 932C than ever before, and 7 days later they'd be clogged again, costing me more time and ink while I ran more cleaning cycles. They were maybe half empty, and I had printed very little with them. But I had a lot of bad test printouts to show for it.
It was such a pain that I finally just threw the Vivera carts out and bought some unopened original ink carts on eBay. Great ink with no more clogging, and at better prices. You can't beat it.
