This is my favorite cookbook of ALL time...and I have over 100 cookbooks! I purchased it to give to a friend, as I already have this book and have given it as gifts many times over the years.
I love every recipe I have tried from this book. Some of my favorites are the Shrimp Florentine, Oysters Rockefeller, Scrumptious Baked Potatoes, and Rib-eye Steaks with Red Wine and Tarragon Sauce.
Everyone should own this cookbook. You will not be disappointed!
