Album Notes
Bad Company: Brian Howe (vocals); Mick Ralphs (guitar); Richard Cottle (keyboards); Simon Kirke (drums).
Additional personnel: Terry Thomas (guitar, keyboards, Hammond organ, background vocals); Dave "Bucket" Colwell (guitar); Richard Cottle (keyboards); Felix Krish (bass); Snovia Pierre, Birdina Armbruster, Richa Sands (background vocals).
Vocalist Brian Howe's fourth outing with Bad Company, 1992's HERE COMES TROUBLE, shows Bad Co. trying to broaden their tough blues rock of yore with more mainstream and easily digestible elements. While longtime fans will surely experience a pleasant sense of dTja vu with the rocking title track, the power ballad "This Could Be the One" was an obvious attempt at scoring a crossover hit. The release of the live set THE BEST OF BAD COMPANY LIVE one year later would mark the final album from the Howe-fronted Bad Co. line-up.

Editorial Reviews
3 Stars - Good - ..they can still turn a highly proficient hand to the sort of buttock-clenching rock of many a juvenile fantasy in which hot and cold running `babes' are perhaps the cornerstone..

CHANGING OF THE GUARD FROM OLD SCHOOL ROCK!

This CD is polished and professional in a studio techy way. Is it listenable on a repeat basis? Mostly yes, just not everyday. Lyrical for sure. It just doesn't make your blood boil! The deal with Bad Company is they could have cut these type of tunes in the 60's, 70's, 80's and obviously the 90's too. They are tight and have a mastery of their old school rockin' style. Something is really very similar about them and E.L.O. Maybe, just without string and orchestral arrangements. To me the sounds of Bad Company are the last of their kind. A short trip down Rock n' Roll memory lane. They are a band out of a time capsule that like many others of their ilk triggered a changing of the guard...
