Movie Description To discourage one of his daughter Phyllis' (Betty Furness) gold-digging suitors, a rich man (George Burns) temporarily deeds all his money to his other, more frivolous daughter (Gracie Allen). She quickly turns their estate into a home for itinerant vaudevillians. Trained seals and performing dogs never had it so good! Misunderstandings abound, however, when Allen comes to believe that her new fortune may be lost to a pending family bankruptcy. Rich with Burns and Allen comedy, and featuring a plethora of talented character actors, this film provides a classic comedy of errors.
