Her Greatest Hits by Belinda Carlisle (CD, Jun-1992, MCA Records USA)

I liked Belinda when she was with the Go Go's, but I was happy to find this CD of her hits, when she went solo. I remembered many of these songs, but I was pleasantly surprised to hear other songs that I had forgotten about. I recommend this CD to everyone!

it's a shame nobody still won't give her a proper recognition for her work. but gladly, i am here to tell you. she rules among other interpreters of pop music. she is the greatest! this c.d. collection is but one of many recognitions she truly deservs. they must do more!

Love her hits and some of the FILLER songs are just as nice.......I wished that they had included the extended remixes of the big hits....original recordings.........

The CD called Her Greatest Hits - Belinda Carlisle is one of the best that is out there. I got it for a Valentine's Day Gift. Her words speak to me. She puts real meaning into her songs. This is one of the main reasons why I love Belinda Carlisle. My favorite song that she sings is "Heaven is a Place on Earth". This song is one of the main reasons why I got this CD. This song will forever hold a special place in my heart. It reminds me of someone very special out there that truly changed my life. Every time this song comes on the radio or I hear it, it reminds me of all the good times we shared. I love this certain person with all my heart and soul. Truly Heaven was indeed a place on earth when I was with this person. I want to thank Belinda Carlisle for truly making a difference in my life. Her songs are so beautiful and romantic. I would recommend this CD to anyone out there.

I loved the Go Gos from the beginning and when Belinda Carlisle went solo I was ecstatic..her first video "Mad About You" caught my attention immediately..not only her voice, but her look her style was perfect..I even went out and had my hair cut like hers and received numerous compliments..my fav song on this cd is "Circle In The Sand" as much as I love this cd there are about 6 songs I could do without and wished they had substituted those songs with Go Gos music..but they didn't and that's ok I'm happy with this disc..Go Gos/Belinda Fans will treasure this cd I just wish there was a Belinda dvd of her video hits to go along with this cd..I would have gladly paid more if there had been!!

Wow, I had forgotten how great Belinda really was (and still is) I found some of my old favorites, and found some forgotten gems in the process. The songs still hold up after all these years. It is a shame she never got the recognition she deserved, I guess she wasn't the "Superstar" type like Madonna etc.. Her voice on this cd is strong, and the instrumentals are not over synthesized like a lot of today's pop. Worth a listen especially if your an old fan like me.

Great singer of the 80's. This cd is a great combination of songs from Belinda. I didn't find too many songs that I didn't like and some brought back some nice memories.
