Founded in 1983 by a pair of PGA Professionals named Randy Henry and Jim Griffitts, the Henry Griffitts company was conceived under the principle that custom-fit golf clubs consistently enhance golfer performance to levels that mass-produced, off-the-rack golf clubs can not. A privately held company based in Hayden, Idaho, Henry-Griffitts fits and sells equipment through a national network of more than 500 HG-Certified Teachers; PGA Professionals trained by HG to optimally custom fit golfers. The company’s philosophy is that the PGA Professional still knows what is best for golfers, recognizing the symbiotic relationship between club-making and swing teaching.
